Giorgio Saturnino
Founder & Director

Growing up in Italy, where hospitality is a way of life, Giorgio has translated his love of food, wine, connection and collaboration into a blueprint for businesses. He has developed and led many award-winning projects all over the United States. Most notably, the development of the Tasting Room concept for Ballast Point Brewery, ultimately overseeing the team through a successful acquisition by Constellation Brands. Prior this, Giorgio’s extensive experience at several properties within the Four Season’s portfolio solidified his drive to deliver world-class experiences for every client and guest.

Through many years of building relationships within the industry, Giorgio focuses on maximizing resources and improving bottom line through expert leadership in quality and service, cost control, and operation management.


Jessica Roach

With over 20 years of experience with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Jessica is regarded as a dynamic leader with a passion for service and creating memorable guest experiences.

As the Director of Sales and Marketing, she led a long list of successful global campaigns in luxury villa rentals and exceptional and profitable experiences in food and beverage, and spa and wellness. As an independent consultant, she continues to develop great talent in the industry and enjoys training and mentoring hospitality leaders.

Jessica resides in Encinitas with her husband and three children. When she's not exploring new restaurants, cooking, or traveling, she’s in her vegetable garden plotting her next project.


Accursio Lota

Chef Accursio grew up in a small town in Sicily, learning to cook the centuries-old Mediterranean recipes made by his mother and grandmother. 

Upon graduation from culinary school, Accursio worked at Four Seasons Milan under the guidance of Chef Sergio Mei, one of the most respected chefs in Europe. He then transferred to Four Seasons Biltmore in Santa Barbara, where he learned the importance of sourcing organic products from small, local producers. 

A few years later, Accursio was offered the Executive Sous Chef position at the 5 diamond hotel Imperiale in Taormina, Sicily. He later returned to San Diego where he covered positions at the Marine Room and Solare in Liberty Station. 

In 2017 Accursio won the "Barilla World Pasta Competition" in Italy, while representing the United States. Today he and his wife Corinne own "Cori Pastificio Trattoria" in San Diego's vibrant North Park neighborhood, where their family live and are actively involved in the local community. Cori has recently won the three forks Gambero Rosso Recognition, the Italian equivalent of a Michelin Star. It is one of only five restaurants in the US to ever receive this award.


Allison Hart

Allison's passion for hospitality started at a young age when her father opened his first deli in South Carolina. Immersed in Southern hospitality, she developed a deep love for entertaining. Allison started her career as a restaurant sales manager where she honed her skills in implementing comprehensive marketing plans, setting and achieving sales goals, and overseeing group events of various sizes. 

Allison later transitioned into the hotel industry where she gained invaluable experience in opening food and beverage outlets at The Fairmont Grand Del Mar. She then worked as the Sales and Catering Manager at Four Seasons Aviara for eight years, further refining her expertise. In her most recent role as the Corporate Office Manager for MRKT SPACE, Allison provided operational support, talent acquisition, staff training, compliance oversight, product procurement, vendor relations, accounts payable, and systems setup.  

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Allison has a keen understanding of the intricacies of the hospitality business, and the importance of seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
